Something Needs to Change - David Platt - Book Review

Something Needs to Change, the latest book by New York Times bestselling author David Platt, is written as a memoir, telling the story of Platt’s life-changing eight day trek through the Himalayas. Platt describes each day’s events in great detail, like his experiences with dire physical and spiritual need, his internal wrestling with his beliefs, and his journal entries about it all. Throughout this journey, he urges the reader to abandon complacency concerning all the urgent needs in this world and to actually do something about them. I highly recommend this book and author.

I received a complimentary copy of this book from Waterbrook & Multnomah in exchange for an honest review.
